At T1TAN, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films on goalkeeper gloves are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
